These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and DataNav Solutions LLC, which operates the PaaS Rate Analyzer through its payments practice, PaaS by Payments as a Service. In these terms, "we," "us," and "our" mean DataNav Solutions LLC, and "you" means the person or business using the tool. By using the analyzer, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the tool.
The analyzer lets you upload a merchant processing statement or enter figures from it. It reads those figures, estimates your effective processing rate, and shows an illustrative comparison against interchange plus pricing. If you choose to provide contact details and consent, we may follow up with you about your results and about payment processing options.
Any rate, fee, comparison, or savings figure the tool produces is an estimate for general information only. It is not a binding quote and not a guarantee of savings. Actual pricing and any actual savings depend on many factors, including underwriting, your business type, risk profile, card mix, transaction methods, equipment, gateway needs, processing volume, and the terms of a separate merchant agreement that you would review and sign. We do not promise that you will save any particular amount, or that you will save at all.
The tool and its output are not legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. You should consult your own qualified advisors before making decisions about your payment processing or your business.
Our handling of the information you provide is described in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms. Among other things, we do not sell your information.
The tool relies on third party services to function, such as secure hosting, an artificial intelligence service that reads statements, and an email service. Your use of the tool may be subject to those providers' terms. We are not responsible for third party services that we do not control.
The tool, its design, and its content are owned by DataNav Solutions LLC and are protected by applicable law. We grant you a limited, personal, non exclusive, non transferable right to use the tool for its intended purpose. You may not copy, resell, or create derivative works from the tool without our written permission.
The tool is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non infringement. We do not warrant that the tool will be uninterrupted, error free, or that any estimate it produces will be accurate or complete.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DataNav Solutions LLC and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business, arising out of or related to your use of the tool, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the tool will not exceed one hundred US dollars.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DataNav Solutions LLC from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising out of your misuse of the tool, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of another.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or related to these terms or the tool will be brought only in the state or federal courts located in Tennessee, and you consent to their jurisdiction, unless a different forum is required by applicable law.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue the tool at any time. We may update these terms from time to time, and when we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the tool after a change means you accept the updated terms.
